Located near the coast, Nha Trang Villa takes advantage of its elevated views to open its living spaces toward the sea. Designed as a family home with the flexibility to accommodate rentals when needed, the villa combines the familiarity of home with the relaxed atmosphere of a retreat. Wide corridors and balconies wrap around the floors, creating a buffer between the interiors and the outdoors. Together with planting and curtains, these deep verandas help soften direct sunlight, regulate light, and maintain privacy. This allows generous glazing to frame expansive views of the surrounding landscape. The garden surrounding the house extends onto the balconies through bands of greenery, softening the architectural lines.
